People in this world are restless.
Everywhere you look, something is moving, changing, or evolving.
Even the Sun appears to move for us – it rises in the east and sets in the west. This is not just a beautiful natural event; there is always a reason and a pattern behind it. In the same way, almost everything in life has a cause, a purpose, or a hidden logic.
Money, love, friendship – all these together create a restless world.
In this busy life, people still circle around a few basic needs:
- Food
- Shelter
- Clothing
Everyone knows these are the essentials, yet they are also one of the main reasons for our endless running.
Both living things and non‑living things seem to be part of this restlessness. Technology changes, cities grow, and even our thoughts rarely stay still.
The Best Medicine for the Mind
For a restless human mind, the best and simplest medicine is:
- Clean, good water
- Deep, peaceful sleep
As your Tester Friend, I have “tested” this in my own life and I know this remedy works. The funny thing is: I am still struggling to get enough of both.

As testers, we do this every day:
We look for the reason behind a defect.
We search for the root cause of a crash.
We try to understand why a user behaves in a certain way.
If you train yourself to always ask “Why?”, you will not only become a better tester, you may also become a more famous and respected person in your field.
Someone once told me:
“Publicity is one of the ways to earn money.”
I would add: Real value first, publicity next.
If you share genuine value with the world – knowledge, tools, ideas – the right kind of publicity will follow.
